About Me
Really just a normal girl who tries to make the world more beautiful according to His plan. :)
I was born in Aachen (Deutschland!), but before I was 3 years old, my family move back to Indonesia. I then spend the rest of my childhood and teenage years in Makassar. You know, that island in the map which looks like letter "K"? (google it if you don't know!). Spent my kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school in that seafood and high cholesterol foodie city! :P
In 2008, I urbanite (is this even a word? you know, when you're from a small city and you go to a big city) to Jakarta. The capital city of Indonesia, a city that is even crueler than a step mother. I moved to Jakarta to study for my bachelor degree. 4 years later, I graduated and since then have held the title of S.Sn (Sarjana Seni) or most commonly Bachelor of Art. I'm graphic designer you see.
Following after graduation, I still stayed in Jakarta and worked there. Worked 2 years in a magazine company, photoshopping those celebrities body and faces (really, nothing is real in the magazine darling! hahha). After that, moved to an e-commerce and worked for almost a year. A job which I reallyyy trully loved, but then resigned. hehehe...
If I loved it, then why do I resigned? After 7.5 years living in Jakarta, I now have moved to... Germany! (Back to Deutschland!) And.. here I am now, back to school. Am currently taking a master program in a tiny little town called "Kamp-Lintfort". In case you don't know (even the Germans doesn't really know it), it's 1 hour by bus to Duisburg or 2 hours by public transport to Düsseldorf.
Then, after 2 years living in a small town, I moved to Düsseldorf! (finally!), easier to get to here and there (especially to work and church). Since I'm only left with my thesis, I don't need to go to uni everyday, I got a part time job at an International company as in-house graphic designer and currently love working there with an international environment. End up working there for 4 years!
Now, it's been 10 years since I moved to Germany, I'm still living in Ddorf. I've tried being self-employed in this country, and now back in corporate job, also international company, doing what I love to do.
